Representation before the courts

We support our Clients in collecting their receivables from unreliable contractors before courts, and in mediation proceedings. In 2019, a major change in the law took place, which set additional, strict requirements for entrepreneurs in the process of pursuing claims before the courts. These changes result in the situation where entrepreneurs wishing to effectively enforce their rights before the courts should consider entrusting their cases to professional attorneys who are familiar with ever-changing legal regulations.

Mediation procedure

Often, when the methods of amicable settlement of a dispute fail, a large number of contractors take the case to court. However, sometimes, especially when there is a possibility of reaching a consensus between the parties, mediation is possible. Some disputes, for reasons of evidence proceedings, especially the volume of evidence, the need to appoint experts and many witnesses, can be resolved without entering a lengthy judicial path. In such cases, the parties may consider reaching a settlement before a mediator, which is the equivalent of a court settlement. However, such a settlement requires mutual concessions by the parties and a willingness to settle the dispute.
